On-Campus Accommodations for Students

Overnight on-campus accommodations for all students are available in Parmelee Hall. The overnight lodging charge ($30 per night) covers lodging and includes sheets, pillows, blankets, washcloths, towels, and breakfast. Even if your family members or guests plan on staying elsewhere, your stay overnight will allow you to experience life in the residence halls. We believe that doing so enables you to better participate in all scheduled Preview sessions and provides you with the opportunity to meet other students. Due to the daily number of participants, you will be housed in a double room with another new student of the same gender in Parmelee Hall. Students are housed on separate floors from their family members and guests during Preview; therefore, students, family members, and guests should pack separately. Rooms are not air conditioned, but the 5,000 foot elevation makes the temperature comfortable in the evenings. Guests are welcome to bring a fan.

On-Campus Accommodations for Family Members & Guests

Overnight on-campus accommodations for family members and guests are available on a space available basis. Family members and guests are housed in Parmelee Hall on separate floors from their students and may be housed in a double-occupancy room with another Preview family member or guest of the same gender. These arrangements are made so family members and guests might sample residence hall living similar to that of their student. Please note: on-campus accommodations are only available to family members and guests who also reserve for the Preview orientation program.

Please indicate if your guests are interested in staying on-campus by requesting it through the online reservation process or on the printed reservation form. Overnight lodging (including sheets, pillows, blankets, washcloths, towels, and breakfast) is $30 per person. This charge is in addition to the $60 per person Preview program charge. Please send one payment for the combined charges.

Additional Nights in On-Campus Accommodations

Additional overnight lodging is offered for participants who may need to stay a few extra nights due to travel plans. Additional night requests are dependent upon space availability. There is a maximum of two additional nights per guest for the scheduled orientation session - a total of three nights. An additional $30 per night chage applies. These additional nights can be requested through the online reservation process or on the printed reservation form.
