Once your reservation has been confirmed, be sure to complete the following 4 steps to prepare for your day on campus.
Please note that failure to complete any of the following 4 steps can impact your ability to register for classes the day of your Next Step session.
Step One: Mail your Transcripts
Step Two: Coordinate Placement Exams
Step Three: Provide Immunization Information
Step Four: Visit the Transfer Website
Update your immunizations. A health history form and certificate of immunization will be sent to you. Return forms and immunization information via mail or fax to:
